A BETTER STARTING POINT

The game has your attention.Let ours be on the students.

Add another view of student gathering areas beyond the stands, with AI-screened events and live operator response.

01Where do students gather beyond the stands?

Start with courtyards, basketball courts, concession areas, and the spaces between campus buildings. Consider where students and families spend time and where your team could use another view.

02Could your team review what happened?

If an event needs review, which camera would show the area, who could access the footage, and how long would it be retained? Clarify those answers before relying on a new camera position.

03Who receives the next notification?

A useful alert needs an agreed next step. Set the monitoring hours, school contacts, and escalation procedure so responsibilities are clear.

PURPOSEFUL EQUIPMENT

Add visibility.
Keep your options open.

An event, a season, or a temporary campus need: explore a camera location without committing to a permanent installation. Start with the area you want to see, then work through the right setup.

01

Solar power. Battery reserve.

Explore placement beyond existing outlets. Solar exposure, battery capacity, and operating hours are checked together.

02

A connection of its own.

Cellular connectivity can keep the trailer separate from school Wi-Fi. Reception at the proposed location is checked before deployment.

03

A term that fits your calendar.

Compare an event window, a season, or a longer rental. Your proposal spells out the term, monitoring scope, delivery, and pickup.

Planning illustration—not verified coverage. Shaded areas show an adjustable viewing concept, not detection or identification range. They do not account for buildings, scaffolding, terrain, lighting, lens settings, or moving obstructions. AI tracking cannot see through objects. The camera count is your scenario, not an equipment recommendation.

Each marker is an illustrative camera position. A trailer may carry multiple cameras; this layout does not determine the number of trailers required.

MORE THAN A CAMERA

Seeing more is useful.
Knowing what happens next matters.

Start the conversation with the response you need—not just the camera you want.

01

AI screens the activity

Two layers of AI help identify notable activity, with person detection and selected animal notifications configured around your school’s needs.

02

A real person reviews

A live operator reviews the event. AI activity tracking helps follow movement within the available camera view.

03

A live voice responds

The operator can speak through the intercom, notify your school contacts, and contact 911 when warranted under the agreed response procedure.

Live response, supported by AI screening. Your school helps define monitoring hours, event rules, footage access, and escalation. Activity tracking follows visible movement; it cannot see through buildings, scaffolding, or other obstructions.

What would we review together?

READY FOR THE SCHOOL’S REVIEW

One conversation.
A clearer next step.

You don’t need a finished security plan to start. A useful conversation should leave your team with three things to review.

  1. 01

    A placement worth considering.

Identify the areas where another vantage point may help, then check access, sightlines, solar exposure, and cellular reception.

  2. 02

    A response your team understands.

Discuss monitoring hours, notifications, footage access, and how the service would fit your existing staff and procedures.

  3. 03

A proposal your district can review.

Put equipment, service scope, rental term, and itemized costs in writing. Confirm approvals and availability before reserving a deployment.

THE PRACTICAL QUESTIONS

A few things you may
be wondering.

Can we get a quote for our school?

Yes. Start with your campus and schedule. Pricing depends on the equipment, location, rental term, and monitoring scope. Your written proposal should separate rent, monitoring, delivery/pickup, taxes, and any other charges so your school can evaluate the full cost.

Can we request coverage for a specific event?

Yes. Tell us your next event date early. Site suitability, school approvals, equipment availability, and the rental agreement all affect timing. An inquiry starts the planning process; it does not reserve a trailer.

Does our campus need to supply power or Wi-Fi?

No. The proposed configuration uses solar charging, batteries, and cellular data. Before deployment, solar exposure and cellular reception must be checked. Shading, weather, and equipment loads affect runtime.

Are these cameras monitored by a real person?

Yes. This is live, event-based monitoring. Two layers of AI screen detected activity to help distinguish people—and selected animal events when configured—from routine motion. A live operator reviews the event, can speak through the on-site intercom, notify your designated contacts, and contact 911 when the situation calls for it under the agreed response plan. AI screening helps reduce false alarms. Monitoring hours and response procedures are defined in your service agreement; event-based monitoring does not mean a person watches every camera continuously.

Does this replace our game-day security staff?

No. Camera coverage supports your school’s visibility and event review. It does not replace crowd management, physical intervention, access control, or emergency response. The deployment should fit your existing game-day security plan.

Will privacy and footage access be reviewed with our school?

Yes. Your school’s policies belong in the planning conversation. Review camera direction, authorized footage access, retention, signage, and any audio features before activation. A camera deployment does not by itself establish compliance or remove legal obligations.
